Pablo Simón
Political scientist and professor
He is Professor of Political Science in the Department of Social Sciences at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
His main fields of research are comparative politics, electoral and party systems, electoral behaviour, youth political participation and political and fiscal decentralisation. He has published several academic articles in journals such as West European Politics, Publius, Political Studies and South European Politics and Society, among others.
He is also the author of several informative books such as El Príncipe Moderno, Corona: Política en tiempos de Pandemia or Votar en tiempos de la Gran Recesión, as well as a regular analyst in media such as El País, La Sexta, TVE or Cadena SER.
